I wanted to write and tell you how pleased we were with the work you and your team did for us in our new Save-A-Lot store in Stevens Point. Although I have personally supervised many remodeling and ground-up projects in my career in the supermarket industry, this was a first for me as I had never done a Save-A-Lot store format, nor had I ever worked with you or Ability Builders.

The project went off without a hitch and both Lee Guenther (President & C.E.O.) and myself could not have been more pleased with the work you and your team did. We loved how it turned out and have received many compliments from both the public customers as well as the folks from Super Valu (Parent Company of Save-A-Lot).

The project came in on budget and also came in on time. These are the issues that concern me most in virtually every project that we do. Change orders were handled professionally and timely and communications between you and me were top-notch.

Like all projects, there were challenges that were difficult to forecast and you were able to deal with each of them as they came up. In situations where you had to make game-time calls or "on-the-spot" decisions, you made each in the best interest of the customer and with the wisdom and common sense that we came to expect.

You & your team were responsible and always on the project from beginning to end and the follow-up / cleanup work was completed promptly and enthusiastically. All in all, we could not be more pleased and would welcome the opportunity to work together again in the future.
